Cancellation Policy

At Varthaali, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. This cancellation policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must use the “Cancel Order” option in the Varthaali app or contact our support team with their order details.
  • Certain high-demand items, including most “Deal of the Day” products, may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.

2. Order Cancellation by Varthaali or Seller

  • Varthaali or the third-party seller may cancel an order if:
    • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
    • There are issues with payment processing or verification.
    • The order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as Varthaali credits, as per customer preference where applicable.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on the payment provider’s processing time (typically 3–7 business days).

4. “Deal of the Day” & Special Promotions

  • Orders for “Deal of the Day” products and other limited-time promotions are generally not eligible for cancellation once placed, except in cases of:
    • Order processing delays beyond the promised timeline.
    • Product being unavailable due to stock issues.
